Morning routine

Every morning when I wake up, just before I begin my daily meditation, I express my gratitude for being alive and well, look forward to paying attention to my thoughts and emotions and to handling them in the best possible manner, I feel positive vibes all around me and let myself be relaxed as well as vulnerable. 

Then I began a meditation that lasts 30, 40 minutes or more and immerses me into a stream of cosmic and vital energy.

I believe it will protect me and give me the strength I need to carry on and sprinkle fun as well as creativity over my entire day. 

Following that simple morning routine, I feel happy, energized and ready to take on life no matter what is waiting for me!
